Cable and Pipe clamps.
Manufactured on CNC machining centres to your exact requirements. Drawings, PDF or DXF files are required.These clamps can be made in a range of colours and from a wide range of materials including Nylons, plastics and flame retardant products.
Door parts.
A wide range of door parts including brackets, clips, bolts, hinges, handles, step plates can be manufacture in the whole range of metals and industrial nylons. Typically the parts can be CNC machined for reduced lead time and smaller quantities , but cast parts can be offered for large volumes on longer lead times.
Hooks and Clips
Reverse engineered from samples or made to drawing, PXF or DXF files a wide range of hooks and clips can be manufactured. Machined from solid on CNC machines for quick lead time and smaller quantities or cast and finished machined where lead time and quantities allow.Available is a range of materials and surface finished.
Springs.
Compression, Tension and Torsion springs manufactured to your exact requirements available in a wide range of materials including spring steels, stainless steels, brass, copper, carbon steel, phosphors bronze, beryllium copper, nickel alloys, aluminium alloys which can be coated in zinc, powder coated, chemical black, chrome plated or zinc and yellow passivate.
Steps, Threshold and Trend plates.
Manufactured on CNC machining centres from solid or extruded structural grade aluminium to your requirement. Smaller quantities on shorter lead time can be manufactured from solid but extrusions can be source for high quantities on longer lead times. These parts can be supplied in kits containing yellow strips, rubber extrusions, hinges, fasteners, glues etc.
Tapping bars.
Tapping bars manufactured to your exact requirements in a wide range of metals. Bars can be manufactured up to 2000 mm long. Send pdf or dxf for manufacture on cnc machining centres.
Wire forms and Clips.
Wire forms manufactured in a range of wires up to 10mm diameter. Clips, pins and wire forms manufactured to your exact requirements.
Cams.
Cams manufactured in most metals and nylons on cnc machines.Parts can also be coated to reduce friction and increase life. Send drawings, pdf or dxf files for a quote.
Machined brackets.
Brackets and hinges can be machined from solid on the latest cnc machining centres.Many applications including door brackets and hinges.

Bespoke Trolley
Manufactured to your own design or We can develop a design for you. Constructed from steel, stainless steels or aluminium to suit your requirements. We can also offer bespoke work stations.
Handles.
A wide range of handles can be manufactured in all metals including aluminium and stainless steels. Machined from solid or casting depending on quantities and lead time.
T Bolts.
Tee bolts manufactured from solid for maximum strength in a wide range of metals. Typically used fro fixing seats.
Pulleys.
Available in a range of materials including aluminium and nylons. Precision turned on CNC lathes. Aside range of designs and diameters up to 450mm diameter.
WIFI parts.
Manufactured in most metals parts can be manufactured on Cnc mills or laser cut and finished machined. These parts on used widely on the recent digitise up grade projects.
Machined nylon parts.
Various grades of nylons are available and can be machined to produce a large range of parts including wear parts, bumpers, clamps and more.
Washers and Spacers.
Washers and Spacers manufactured from an extensive range of metals, nylons, plastics and composites including steels, stainless steels, brass, structural steels, copper, super alloys, nylons , PA6, PA66 and more.Manufactured using a range of methods depending on your requirements including precision lapping to achieve required surface finish and thickness.Also available in a variety of coating, Zinc, PTFE, Nickel ( See protective coating section for more details.)
Shafts and Pins.
Machined on CNC lathes parts are available in all metals and nylons from 1mm to 500mm diameter live tooling is available when required which allow from parts to be competed in one operation if cross hole, plates or milled features are require on the parts.
Grab Handles
Grab handles manufactured in a range of metals powder coated in a wide range of colours.Also handles can be plastic coated for improved protection and increased life.
Shims.
Available in most material including steels, stainless steels, aluminium, brass, copper and plastics. Best results are obtained when We manufacture direct from DXF files. Shims can be machined by laser cutting standard materials, but exact thickness and surface finishes for shims and gaskets can be obtained by precision lapping.
5 Axis machining.
5 Axis machining can be used on more complex parts removing the need for additional fixtures and set ups. All metals and nylons can be machined including steels, aluminium, stainless steels , brass , copper, alloys and industrial nylons. We can work in many cases direct from DXF files again reducing set up cost and lead.
5 Axis machining centres are very expensive, so 3 and 4 Axis machines are used on simpler work.
Spun Parts.
This method can be used on smaller batch work on shorter lead times as opposed to pressings. A pattern and former has to be manufactured in most cases which involves coast and lead time , but I most cases is cheaper and quicker than alternatives. We will cost to get your best manufacturing method.
